How do I check the creation year?
Open the channel on YouTube, go to the About section and look at “Joined”. That date is the creation date you paid for. We send the channel link before the transfer so you can check it.
How is the channel delivered?
Through a Brand Account transfer. We invite the Google account you choose as an owner of the channel. Google adds a 7-day waiting period before you can be made primary owner; after that the channel belongs to your account and we are removed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Large wholesale orders are delivered in batches; we tell you the schedule before you pay.
What if something goes wrong?
If you can’t access the channel within 7 days of delivery, we replace it with another channel from the same year. If no replacement is available, we refund the price of that channel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods currently accepted are listed when you place an order. You see the exact amount and payment details on your order page, together with your order number.
Can I change the channel name, picture and content?
Yes. After the transfer you can rename the channel, change its handle, picture and banner, and remove or keep the old uploads.
Do you keep access to the channel?
No. Once you are primary owner, remove every other manager in the channel’s permissions. We recommend changing all security settings on your side too.
Is this affiliated with YouTube?
