Terms and replacement policy

Short and plain. By placing an order you agree to the following.

What you are buying

Each order is for YouTube channels with the creation year shown in the catalogue. Subscriber, view and upload counts are as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Payment

Orders are paid manually using the method you choose at checkout. An order is reserved for 24 hours; unpaid orders after that may be cancelled and the stock released.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed we send the channel link and invite your Google account as an owner through a Brand Account transfer. Google requires a 7-day waiting period before a new owner can become primary owner. Wholesale orders may be delivered in batches on a schedule agreed before payment.

Replacement policy

If a channel cannot be accessed within 7 days of delivery for a reason that is not caused by the buyer, we replace it with a channel from the same year. If none is available we refund the price of that channel. Replacements are not offered for channels that are restricted, terminated or struck because of how they were used after delivery, including content, name changes or automation.

Your responsibilities

After you become primary owner, remove all other managers and secure your Google account. You are responsible for how you use the channel, which must follow YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Privacy

We store the email and messenger handle you give us only to process and support your order. We don’t sell or share them.
